I’m always trying to discover food that will keep me healthy. I’m in a rut because I stick with broccoli slaw, whole-grain pasta, low-fat meats, and apples and oranges. Not a bad combination, but it would be nice to find something new to snack on. That box of cereal in my kitchen cabinet may be the answer.
