Hi, I’m noticing  my new website is getting some hits. Thank you one and all. This blog is a work in progress. I hope to make this an expanding resource for men and women.  In between articles, I’ll let you know how I’m trying to get healthy. At age 55……..today is my birthday…..yippee….it’s too easy for me to get in the habit of eating Little Debbie snacks…especially after a late night at work. Lately, I’ve been taking a daily 30-minute, brisk walk. I started upper body exercises a couple of months ago. I’ve lost 20 pounds. My goal is not to get six-pack abs, but to get more heart healthy. It’s fun. At times, I may ask your advice on workout techniques. More later.
